Drive Club, LLC Event Terms & Conditions / Liability Waiver

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all events hosted, organized, or operated by Drive Club, LLC, including its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and representatives (collectively, “Drive Club”).

By attending, participating in, or being present at any Drive Club event (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a Drive Club event is voluntary and free of charge. You understand and acknowledge that automotive-related events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Moving vehicles and traffic hazards

Mechanical failure

Negligent or unsafe acts of other participants

Slips, trips, falls, and general premises hazards

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Drive Club, LLC, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, venue owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, including those arising from negligence, related to:

Personal injury or death

Property damage or loss

Any incident occurring before, during, or after the Event

3. No Consideration / Free Event Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that no admission fee is charged for attendance. Your participation is voluntary and not in exchange for any goods, services, or compensation, and this waiver is intended to be fully binding regardless of the absence of a fee.

4. Vehicle Operation & Conduct

All drivers and attendees must act responsibly and safely at all times, both during the Event and while arriving at or departing from the Event.

Strictly prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Burnouts, drifting, racing, or exhibition driving

Excessive revving, rapid acceleration, or aggressive driving

Ignoring traffic flow, posted signage, or safety instructions

Departure Conduct:

All participants must leave the Event in a safe, controlled, and lawful manner. Any reckless or unsafe behavior upon exiting the Event area—including but not limited to speeding, burnouts, or disruptive driving on adjacent roads—will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

Immediate and permanent ban from future Drive Club events

Notification to law enforcement when appropriate

Drive Club expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the actions of participants once they leave the Event premises.

Drive Club reserves the right to remove any individual or vehicle engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior at any time, without notice.

5. Compliance with Laws & Venue Rules

All attendees must comply with:

All applicable federal, state (Pennsylvania), and local laws

Traffic and parking regulations

Rules set by the venue and event staff

Failure to comply may result in removal and possible reporting to law enforcement.

6. No Insurance Coverage

Drive Club does not provide insurance coverage for:

Personal injuries

Vehicle damage

Theft or loss of personal property

All participants are solely responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage.

7. Responsibility for Damage

You agree to be financially responsible for any damage you cause to:

Other vehicles

Event property or venue

Any person or third party

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your actions or negligence

Your vehicle

Your participation in the Event

9. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant Drive Club the unrestricted right to photograph, record, and use your likeness, vehicle, and participation in any media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

10. Weather & Event Changes

Drive Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any Event at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control.

11. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Participants

Drive Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any person or vehicle for:

Unsafe behavior

Disruptive conduct

Violation of these Terms

12. Minors

All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

By attending any Drive Club event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
